Auditory Verbal Therapy
Auditory Verbal Therapy enables children to learn to ‘listen and speak’. Children who have been detected with a hearing loss early, are guided for the fitting with hearing aid/s and cochlear implants to enable them to listen and develop spoken language through the Auditory Verbal Approach.
Auditory Skills Training
Auditory Skills Training promotes the optimal acquisition of listening skills to enable the newly acquired auditory potential to be maximized aiding the development spoken language. This approach is used for teenagers and adults who have lost their hearing or for those who have had consist use of hearing aids.
